Hyo Joo Kim ties for second at U.S. Women’s Open 2R…Jin Young Ko misses cut
Hyo Joo Kim of the U.S. Women’s Professional Golf LPGA Tour is tied for second place on the second day of the U.S. Women’s Open.
Kim shot a 1-under-par 71 in the second round of the tournament in Pebble Beach, California, USA, for a five-under-par 139 total.
Two strokes off the lead, Kim will attempt to win her second major in nine years after the 2014 Evian Championship.
World No. 1 Jin Young Ko missed the cut at her first major in 11 months at 7-over and Michelle Wie, who announced her retirement after this event, also failed to make the cut.
