FC Seoul’s veteran midfielder Ki Sung-yueng has been named the final Goal of the Month for the 2023 K League season.The Korea Professional Football Association announced on Friday that Ki Sung-yong has been selected as the October-December winner of the ‘Daejayon Dongwon Samul Goal of the Month’.The K League Goal of the Month, which recognizes the player who scores the most impressive goal each month, is awarded to two nominees, with the winner determined by a 100% fan vote through the K League membership application Kick.
For the final award of the season, which covers rounds 33-38 of the K League 1, Ki Sung-yong and Ataru (Ulsan) were nominated.Ki Sung-yong took the top spot with 53.7 percent of the vote, or 6,768 votes, for his 60-meter “super long-range goal” in the 11th minute of the 35th round against Suwon FC on Oct. 29, when his long kick from his own half went straight into the goal.Ataru came in second (58,838 votes – 46.3%) for his right-footed finish of Kim Tae-hwan’s cross in the fifth minute of the second half of the East Coast derby against the Pohang Steelers in Round 36 on 무료슬롯게임 Nov. 12.The winner, Ki Sung-yong, will receive a cash prize of 1 million won and a trophy.
