“Let’s go see Kim Ha-seong and Otani” Seoul Series tickets sold out in 8 minutes

Tickets for Game 1 of the Major League World Tour Seoul Series are sold out.

All tickets for Game 1 of the Major League World Tour Seoul Series, scheduled to be held in March, were sold out within 8 minutes of opening.

Coupang Play, the official partner of the MLB World Tour Seoul Series, announced on the 29th that tickets for the first game between San Diego and Dodgers, which opened through Coupang Play on the 26th, were sold out.

The Seoul Series, the first major league game held in Korea, will be held at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on March 20-21 at 7:05 p.m.

This series is attracting attention as it features a number of Asian major leaguers, including Ha-seong Kim, Woo-seok Ko, Yu Darvish, and Yuki Matsui of the San Diego Padres, and Shohei Otani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto of the Dodgers.

As soon as tickets were opened, a ‘reservation war’ broke out and all tickets were quickly sold out.

The Seoul Series will feature a total of six games, including the official two-game series between San Diego and the Dodgers, as well as a ‘special match’ in which the LG Twins, Kiwoom Heroes, and ‘Team Korea’ face major league teams.

Coupang Play plans to hold reservations for one game every Friday at 8 p.m.

Starting on February 2nd, ticket sales will be available for one game at a time in the order of the special game games, and tickets for the opening second game between San Diego and the Dodgers are scheduled for March 1st, the last day for reservations.

All games in the Seoul Series are operated under a real-name system, and ticket holders can enter the stadium after verifying their identity on-site. In addition, if a ticket transaction such as resale or a ticket other than the person who reserved the ticket is presented, the ticket will be canceled without prior notice and entry on the same day will be restricted. 섯다
