HERE WE GO Reporter Roma is Likely to Appoint De Rossi as Successor

With manager Jose Mourinho leaving AS Roma, Daniele De Rossi was mentioned as a likely successor.

Roma officially announced on the club’s website on the 16th (Korean time), “

Roma announces that Manager Mourinho and his coaching staff will leave the club immediately.

Additional updates on the new manager and coaching staff will follow shortly.” 지울프-토토

CEOs Dan and Ryan Friedkin said: “On behalf of all of us, we would like to thank Mourinho for his passion and hard work since arriving at Roma.

We will always have great memories of his time at Roma. “But we believe that immediate change is in the best interest of the club,”

he said, explaining why he had parted ways with manager Mourinho.

Coach Mourinho is the world’s greatest coach. He emerged as Europe’s best young coach by winning the UEFA Champions League (UCL) at Porto, and then went to Chelsea,

which had invested heavily under owner Roman Abramovich.

At Chelsea, he cracked the two-tier system of Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger and won numerous trophies.

He laid the foundation for creating what Chelsea is today, becoming one of the best players in Europe.

After leaving Chelsea, he went to Inter Milan and succeeded in winning the treble.

After the treble, he became the manager of Real Madrid and created an equal trend in Spanish La Liga,

which was dominated by Pep Guardiola’s Barcelona. He enjoyed an era of success,

winning one La Liga title, one Copa del Rey title, and one Supercopa de España title. He returned to Chelsea after leaving Real Madrid.

He received praise for winning the league again at Chelsea, but was later dismissed in disgrace amid internal discord issues.

After that, Coach Mourinho’s downhill slope began.

He went to Manchester United, claiming to be the next Ferguson, and achieved success by finishing second in the league and winning the UEFA Europa League (UEL),

but the results were not satisfactory. After leaving Manchester United, he went to Tottenham Hotspur.

He coached Son Heung-min at Tottenham and declared a new era,

but he stepped down again due to poor performance and results with no room for improvement.

After leaving Tottenham, Mourinho returned to Italy’s Serie A and took charge of Roma.

In Rome, Coach Mourinho showed that although he had somewhat disappointing results in the league,

his winning spirit did not disappear by winning the UEFA Conference League (UECL).

He still showed his fiery personality. Coach Mourinho was sent off in the game against Atalanta.

The British Daily Mail reported, “Coach Mourinho was sent off after receiving two yellow cards for protesting violently toward the referee.”

On this day, Coach Mourinho received a warning just before the end of the first half.

And he was dissatisfied with the referee’s decision just before the end of the second half and strongly protested.

Britain’s ‘The Sun’ explained, “Coach Mourinho ran violently from the technical area to the touchline to protest the referee’s decision.”

He added: “Mourinho opened his arms and opened his mouth to let his feelings out – as he did so often during his nine years in England.”

This is his second ejection this season. Coach Mourinho received his first red card of the season against AC Monza last October.

He was ejected a whopping three times last season. Accordingly, the Italian media ‘Football Italia’ even reported,

Coach Mourinho received more sendings off than any other Serie A player in the 2022-23 season.”

This time too, the third year was a problem. They brought in Romelu Lukaku and others in the summer transfer market,

but their attacking power was not satisfactory, and as always, there were reports that there were internal problems.

At the press conference, Manager Mourinho’s characteristic nervous reaction heightened the controversy.

As the team’s performance did not improve and only caused problems, and the league ranking fell to 9th place, Roma eventually took the sword.

It seems likely that De Rossi will fill the position of Roma head coach after Mourinho leaves.

a transfer market expert, said, “Roma are finalizing the final details for the appointment of coach De Rossi.

The contract is valid until June and there is an option to extend it, which all parties want to do together. It is already being discussed.”

If Francesco Totti was the emperor of Rome, Coach De Rossi was the crown prince of Rome during his playing days.

He grew up through the Roma youth ranks, made his first-team debut and played for 18 years,

leading Totti and Roma. He showed overwhelming mobility in midfield.

His defense was tough and his offense was aggressive, showing absolute influence.

Other teams sent offers, but he maintained his romance with Totti and remained a Roma one-club man.

He played 117 games for the Italian national team and helped them win the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

Unlike Totti, he failed to remain a Roma one-club man. He bid farewell to Roma in 2019, moving to Boca Juniors in Argentina.

De Rossi, who took off his soccer shoes in 2020, has served as coach of the Italian national team since 2021. In 2022,

he began his full-fledged managerial career by taking over as manager of SPAL.

SPAL, founded in 1907, mainly stays in Serie B and Serie C (third division),

and its most recent period in Serie A was from the 2017-18 season to the 2019-20 season.

Currently, he is a barbarian. He failed to demonstrate proper leadership at SPAL and left the team in disgrace.

Now he is referred to as a Roman fireman. Roma fans are half excited and half worried at the news of the return of a legend whose leadership is questionable.
